Effective January 24, 2011, you can receive $5 a Day for parking at the Garden City Pool, Mondays–Thursdays* from 7:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. (The pool parking lot is open from 7:30 a.m.–8:15 p.m.)
$5 vouchers are available from the parking attendant on-site. You must provide your
name, Adelphi ID card and Adelphi parking decal. Up to 150 vouchers are available until
1:00 p.m. each day on a first-come, first-served basis. You can receive one voucher per day
and up to 16 vouchers per month—a total of $80.
While you should retain your vouchers for your own records, reimbursement checks for the Parking Incentive Program will be issued automatically at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s
vouchers. Checks to employees will be sent to their homes. Checks to students will be
mailed to their local or permanent address.
The Garden City Pool parking lot is located at 52 Cherry Valley Avenue. A free shuttle bus
runs approximately every 15 minutes between the Pool and Post Hall, Monday–Thursday
from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 p.m.
