Timely Warning |
Adelphi's Public Safety Department shall, in a timely manner, report to the campus community incidents that represent a clear or possible threat to the safety of its members. The Public Safety Department shall inform the community on a case-by-case basis of the following reported crimes as defined in the Uniform Crime Report by the use of the Adelphi website, email system, voicemail, campus TV, or the posting of flyers.
- Murder
- Sex Offenses
- Robbery
- Aggravated Assault
- Burglary
- Motor Vehicle Theft
- Manslaughter
- Arson
The campus community shall be informed of any hate-associated factors related to the above listed crimes, or of any other crimes involving bodily injury where hate crimes are involved.
