Timothy P. Burton became the chief financial officer of Adelphi University in 2002. Prior to joining Adelphi University in 1991 as associate treasurer, Mr. Burton was senior manager at Deloitte & Touche, having spent thirteen years providing audit services. Mr. Burton received a B.S. in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany in 1978. Mr. Burton is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State.
